A Discovery spokesperson expressed the profound sorrow felt by the “Street Outlaws” family due to the accident that resulted in the untimely demise of Ryan Fellows. They offer their most heartfelt condolences to Ryan’s family and friends during this difficult time as they come to terms with this sudden and devastating loss.
As reported by TMZ, Ryan Fellows tragically lost his life while participating in the filming of “Fastest in America” in Las Vegas. During one of the scheduled races for the show on Sunday morning, Fellows’ Nissan 240z lost control near the finish line, resulting in a rollover and subsequent ignition of the vehicle. Despite the efforts of onlookers, they were unable to rescue him from the car in time.

“Fastest in America” is one of four shows under the “Street Outlaws” franchise on the Discovery Channel, joining the original series, “Memphis,” and “No Prep Kings.” Launched in 2013, this franchise offers an intimate view into the world of street racing. Currently in its third season, “Fastest in America” is a competitive show where eight teams of racers vie for a $100,000 prize. Ryan Fellows participated in the third season of the show and also made a guest appearance as a racer in an episode of “Memphis” during its fifth season.
Ryan Fellows is survived by his wife, Liz, and their children, Josiah and Olivia.
