OnlyFans, the subscription-based platform known for its sexually explicit content creators, has reported a total user spending of $5.55 billion for the fiscal year ending on November 30, 2022. This marks a 16% increase from the previous year, with content creators earning nearly $4.5 billion from this amount.

The U.K.-based OnlyFans, under its parent company Fenix International, achieved a pre-tax net profit of $525 million in the most recent fiscal year, representing a 21% growth compared to the previous year. Additionally, OnlyFans owner Leonid Radvinsky received dividends of $338 million for the 2022 fiscal year, which marked a 19% increase from the $284 million received in the previous year, as reported by Bloomberg.

As of November 2022, OnlyFans had 3.18 million registered creators, marking a 47% increase from previous figures. Additionally, the number of users on the platform grew by 27%, reaching a total of 238.8 million, according to the regulatory filing.
“The group anticipates that its commitment to prioritizing creators and providing a secure social media platform will serve as a robust foundation for driving further revenue growth, profitability, and brand recognition in the forthcoming years,” states the filing.

OnlyFans creators retain 80% of the revenue generated by their accounts, while the company retains a 20% share. Out of the $1.09 billion in net revenue reported by OnlyFans for the 2022 fiscal year, 67% originated from the United States, 15% from Europe and the U.K., and 18% from the rest of the world.
In July, Keily Blair, formerly the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, assumed the role of CEO, succeeding Amrapali “Ami” Gan, who had held the position since December 2021. OnlyFans was launched in 2016.
The financial statement for Fenix International lists two company directors: Radvinsky and Lee Taylor, who serves as CFO, alongside Radvinsky.
