BAFTA-nominated actor Simon Callow has joined the project, along with Tallulah Evans, and Scott Chambers will take on the role of Christopher Robin. Frake-Waterfield also teased that this time, Pooh and the gang will be leaving the familiar 100 Acre Wood behind and taking their gruesome fight to the quiet community of Ashdown.

Fresh images released today offer a glimpse into the explosive vision of Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2. In one striking image, Piglet, who’s back from the first film, is seen crouching behind a menacing creature that appears to be a nightmarish version of Owl. Another photo provides a close-up of Scott Chambers as Christopher Robin, his tear-filled eyes hinting at the anguish of confronting his childhood friends turned monsters.
The screenplay for this gruesome sequel was crafted by Matt Leslie and is based on a story co-written with the film’s director, Rhys Frake-Waterfield.
